Description

Paul John Classic Select Cask is a non-peated single malt whisky produced by John Distilleries in Goa. It is matured in bourbon casks and bottled without chill filtration in cask strength.

Nose: Big, meaty aroma. Stewed apples and pears, freshly baked sponge cake, golden barley and a pinch of salt.

Taste: Lots of honey on the palate, joined by subtle spicy notes of cinnamon and black pepper. Flashes of fruit and dark chocolate.

Finish: Juicy fruit and a hint of oak.
