The Turntable range is being expanded with the addition of Paradise Funk whisky, which as you can imagine has been designed with lots of exotic and funky fruit flavours. The breakdown of this blend is as follows:
- 30% unnamed Speyside whisky matured in virgin oak casks.
- 20% Benriness, matured in a Chinkapin oak cask.
- 18% Invergordon single grain whisky matured in a cognac cask.
- 13% Knockdhu, matured in a virgin oak cask.
- 11% North British single grain, matured in virgin oak cask.
- 8 % Blair Athol, matured in a first-fill bourbon cask.
Nose: Baked apricots with honey, lively orange peel, vanilla and hazelnuts.
Taste: Caramelized brown sugar, grilled pineapple, cinnamon, scotch board and milk chocolate.
Finish: Spicy and sweet with tropical fruits and nutmeg.
