Glen Scotia Campbeltown Harbour whisky comes from Campbeltown, a small reminder of the whisky's maritime character. This lightly peated single malt whisky has been matured exclusively in bourbon casks, so there's a good dose of caramel amongst the spicy maritime notes.
Nose: caramel, iodine and burnt heather with hints of smoke and sea mist.
Palate: apple crumble and more flowers with herbal undertones, followed by brine and fondant.
Finish: dry smoke along with a sweet, caramel finish.
