Dear customer, welcome to our website. We are glad that you have decided to buy in the Wellenmark e-shop, full of beautiful gifts and delicacies. 1. Viewing and Selecting Products
1.1. If you wish to search for a specific product, please enter a keyword in the search field (e.g. wine).
1.2. To view a desired category, there are buttons on the top navigation bar. Within our catalog you can use the filter of products according to their properties (brand, origin, etc.)
1.3. After clicking on the product, you will see a page with more detailed information about the product.
2. Adding the product to the shopping cart
2.1. You can add a product to your shopping cart by pressing the "Add to cart" button.
2.2. More pieces of the same product can be added:
- by pressing the "Add to cart" button repeatedly
- by entering the required quantity with the product card open
- directly in the list of products in the shopping cart (see "3. Shopping cart").
3. Shopping cart
3.1. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by pressing the button with the shopping cart symbol in the upper right corner of our website.
3.2. After pressing "Cart" button, you will see the selected products, where you can adjust the quantity or remove products from the shopping cart.
3.3. If you have received a discount code from us, you can enter it in the "Promo Code" field (after entering the code, press the "Add" button).
3.4. You can finilize your order on the next page after pressing "Proceed To Checkout".
4.1. If you already have an registered account, please use the "Log in instead" option.
4.2. If you are a new customer in our e-shop and wish to take advantage of discounts and loyalty bonuses, select the "Create an account" option.
4.3. If you wish to create an order without registration in our loyalty program, please continue without entering the password.
5. Delivery Address and Billing Address
5.1. Please enter the delivery address of your order in the form.
5.2. If the invoice should have a different billing address, please, uncheck the box "Use this address for invoice too" and press "Continue".
5.3. The delivery address will be saved and you will see a new form where you can enter your billing address.
5.4. After enetering the data in the form "Billing address", press "Continue".
6. Delivery methods
6.1. Depending on the place of delivery, you have some delivery methods to choose from. For more information, please, check the article "Delivery".
6.2. Delivery within Slovakia allows you to choose the desired date of delivery.
6.3. In the "Leave a message" field, you can enter a congratulation, wishes or other information to help process or deliver your order.
6.4. If you wish to wrap individually selected products as a gift basket, please select the "I would like my order to be gift wrapped" option to add additional gift wrapping fee to the order.
