Remy Martin VSOP — a blend of hundreds of cask matured cognac spirits aged from 4 to 12 years in the Grande and Petite Champagne appellations.
Cognac is notable for its golden-amber colour with a touch of copper. The bouquet delights with light aromas of white flowers, vanilla and oak, complemented in the aftertaste with shades of light port, hazelnut, apricot and liquorice.
The same constituents dominate the taste, filling the elegant silky liquid with exquisite astringency of wooden tones and sweet floral and fruity notes.
This stunning taste largely explains why Remy Martin VSOP is one of the most renowned French cognacs and the leader of the global VSOP market.
Remy Martin VSOP is served neat. It may be complemented with a cheese plate, foie-gras, seafood, dark chocolate or a cigar.
Alternatively, if you so desire, you can treat yourself to some alcohol-based delicacies, mixing Remy Martin with juices, tonics, liqueurs or bitters. Excellent taste properties make it a superb ingredient for these mixes.
Some sommeliers suggest drinking Remy Martin chilled though we reckon its versatility is best revealed when serving the drink at 18-20 °C.
