Cognac Courvoisier VS is an assemblage of selected alcohols from the Fins Bois and Petite Champagne regions aged from three to eight years in new casks made of Limousin oak.
This blend is renowned for its intense aroma with hints of grape, pear, citrus and other fruits, an unusually fresh taste with a perfect balance of woody, fruit and floral notes, which have been repeatedly awarded the highest awards at prestigious international competitions. These very properties also mean that Courvoisier VS cognac won’t be confused with any other VS-grade beverage.
Intriguing taste and flavour position Courvoisier VS as a drink equally suitable for a celebratory occasion and for a leisurely evening by the fireplace (in the latter case we suggest complementing the drink with cold cuts, pate, cheese or chocolate.
The universal nature of Courvoisier VS cognac means that it is often used as a cocktail ingredient. Its pronounced fruity and floral tones are good for any cocktail blends, from simple cola- or lemonade-based mixes, and to complex multi-component cocktails built entirely on the cognac’s distinctive flavour properties.
When serving neat Courvoisier VS, leave the filled glass for a few minutes, allow the drink to “breathe”, to reveal fully its outstanding properties and rich flavour.
