Description

You could say that The Guard Bridge is a blend of Scotch malt whiskies from Eden Mill that bridges the gap between the lowlands and the highlands. It's a blend of Lowland and Highland single malts, including some of Eden Mill St Andrews' own single malt whisky, and boasts a great balance of buttery barley and creamy vanilla, dried fruit and oak spice.

Nose: Grassy flowers open the way to juicy barley and poached stone fruit with drops of caramel and charred oak.

Taste: The sweetness of barley, toasted vanilla and honeyed chips is backed by sherry-soaked fruit and subtle baking spices.

Finish: Oak, gingerbread and cake spice.
