Description

Glencadam Reserva Aldalucia pays tribute to the relationship between the Glencadam distillery and the famous sherry producing region of Jerez in Spanish Andalusia.

The whisky is matured in a selection of sherry casks that are paired with bourbon casks and aged in carefully selected Oloroso sherry casks from Andalusia. A true celebration of the always amazing sherry cask, full of that characteristic spice, dried fruits and honey!

Nose: baklava, honeyed orchard fruits and vanilla pod, with melted brown sugar and cinnamon.

Palate: a little creamy influence along with stewed apple, molasses caramel and raisin.

Finish: more brown sugar returns with green oak and maple syrup support.
