GlenAllachie is a Scotch whiskey from an independent distillery. In the era of connecting companies, the distillery in which it is produced decided to abandon the common corporate stereotype and short-term goals. She focused exclusively on two important aspects - making great whiskey and enjoying life.

Cask Strength Batch 6 is an incredible and fantastic tasting Scotch single malt whiskey from the Speyside region. For this particular edition, the team at The GlenAllachie have combined several casks and aging processes.

The first maturation took place in premium ex-sherry Oloroso barrels. The second in the famous exclusive ex-sherry Pedro Ximénez casks. Subsequently, it is aged in virgin oak barrels, from which it acquired a pleasant taste of vanilla, wood and caramel. At the end, the fourth maturation took place in Rioja barrels, which gave the whiskey a real twist. The entire maturation process lasted a total of 10 years and was overseen by Billy Walker himself.

Aroma: dark roasted coffee, orange oil, raisins, walnut, cherry and chocolate.

Palate: Damson and dates, followed by anise, more cherries and treacle tart.

Finish: honey malt, almonds, hint of citrus, dark chocolate mousse, fruit cake.
