To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the famous Hibiki blend created in 1988, Suntory unveils a limited edition of Hibiki Japanese Harmony, the real spearhead of the House. For the occasion, the delightful 24-faceted bottle is adorned with a décor reminiscent of the tabane-noshi, the traditional Japanese symbol of celebrations for the most precious gifts.
Famous throughout the world with its 12, 17, 21 and 30 year old versions, Hibiki comes this time in a true Japanese harmony expressed through a blend work of Yamazaki and Hakushu single malts and Chita grain whiskies. The recipe is made from 5 main ingredients ; single malts aged in American white oak barrels, Sherry, Mizunara casks, plus a smoky malt whisky made from peated barley, and grain whisky to connect all the elements together.
Hibiki Japanese Harmony can be enjoyed dry at room temperature in order to express its aromatic potential, but it can also be enjoyed in highball (with sparkling water and lots of ice) for a typical Japanese tasting experience.
